John Shenk
John is the most senior advisor working for Sunbelt Chiang Mai. He has lived in Thailand for over 38 years and has held a large number of responsible positions in various companies over the years including the position of President in a major Thai public listed company. His fields of expertise include construction, oil and gas, and power industries. He has substantial experience in equipment rental, manpower contracting, nondestructive testing, operation and maintenance of utility systems and contracting, and joint venture operations. He has directed the preparation of over 200 major proposals for various types of work throughout Southeast Asia and the Middle East of which, many were successful. John is experienced in and has participated in substantial business activities in Bangladesh, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and the USA.
John currently holds positions of Chairman of the Board of Directors for 3 companies, President of 1 company, Managing Director of 2 companies and serves on the Board of Directors of 4 other companies. |

Nathan has extensive business development and consulting experience ina wide range of business types and entities. He is a Certified Business Advisor and Certified Public Accountant in the U.S. and has an MBA Degree with concentrations in accounting and finance. While employed as an Accounting professor in the U.S., Nathan also provided consulting services for the U.S. Small Business Administration to new and established businesses that were having difficulties.
