Owner retirement has prompted the offering of this Ceramic Factory located in Lampang, about 100 kilometres South East of Chiang Mai. The enterprise was launched over 20 years ago, and has built up a good customer base over the years; annual receipts of 1,000,000 baht are producing profits of 700,000 baht. The new owner will also acquire the three large buildings, which are worth 2,000,000 baht, and consist of a warehouse, a four room staff house and a two storey house with six bedrooms and three bathrooms. The assets have been valued at 15,000,000 baht, and include three kilns and all the equipment needed to continue trading from day one. The workforce consists of part time labour, and the staff are paid on a commission basis.
